Dr. James practices in the South Florida area. She is dedicated to ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment solutions for you and your pet. The mission of Pet Dermatology of South Florida is to improve the quality of our patients' lives by offering compassionate and courteous specialized dermatology care. We will always take the time you need to fully understand your pet's dermatological problem. Therefore, please take a look at the following policies before you make an appointment:

Initial Consultation Policy

First appointment? No problem! Before booking any appointment with Dr. James, Pet Dermatology of South Florida requires an appointment deposit of $50. 

Cancellation Policy

Pet Dermatology requires a 48-hour cancellation / change of schedule. If your appointment falls on a Monday and you reach us after-hours, please leave us a message by Saturday to cancel your appointment and receive your deposit refund.

Payment Policy

 We accept all forms of debit or credit (American Express, Mastercard, VISA and Discover) and cash. No checks please. Refunds will be issued for canceled appointments only if cancellation notice is received 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Insurance Policy

We accept Trupanion, VPI, Nationwide ASPCA and all other pet insurance plans. NO CARE CREDIT!

Photo Privacy Policy

By becoming a client of Pet Dermatology of South Florida, you give rights to Pet Dermatology of South Florida to photograph your pet and use these images for research and/or social media purposes.
